Mamas it’s time to bring your exhausted body and little babe to postpartum (after birth) yoga. This is a space that is meant to fully nurture you. Come tiered, come happy, come sad, come overwhelmed, come inspired, come as you are, as we support one another through these constantly changing days. Yoga can minimize postpartum depression, supports and strengthens the body, and offers a space for mothers and babes to connect. You give endlessly to this new little babe and now it’s time to replenish yourself!
Beth Laskin has been studying yoga for over 10years and is passionate about the body and supporting women through their journey of pregnancy and beyond.
